Resqpy

This patch updates the string written into the format field of citation blocks to 'bp:resqpy:1.3'

The string should be updated in future each time there is a change in the minor or major tag component.

This release adds support for the RESQML obj_PointsProperty class in the resqpy PropertyCollection and Property classes.

The update also includes extra aliases for units of measure, aimed at easing the identification of RESQML uom strings from Nexus unit strings as written to Nexus vdb files.

Various minor bug fixes are also included.

This release introduces a new resqpy module, strata.py, containing classes for most of the RESQML stratigraphy classes (currently not catered for are obj_GlobalChronostratigraphicColumn and obj_StratigraphicOccurrenceInterpretation).

Note that RESQML models with stratigraphy generated by resqpy have not yet been successfully loaded into any non-resqpy application.

This patch fixes a bug affecting the UnstructuredGrid centre_point() method when called for a single cell.

This patch adds several methods to the resqpy UnstructuredGrid and derived classes.

The new methods include, for example, the means to calculate the area of faces and the volume of cells.

There are also a few minor bug fixes and code improvements.
