4.12.5

This patch adds the option of excluding not-a-number points when using the Surface.from_tri_mesh() class method.

4.12.4

This patch :

- improves the handling of not-a-number values (NaNs) in the TriMesh class
- introduces an option to instantiate a Trajectory directly from measured depth and control point numpy arrays

4.12.3

This patch uses 'rock permeability' in preference to 'permeability rock' as the property kind when writing xml. This reversal is because 'permeability rock' is flagged as an abstract property kind in the RESQML standard.

4.12.2

This patch allows the BlockedWell class to load blocked wells written with the "Aspen RMS" format identifier in the citation block. Such objects are currently incorrect: either a shared node is being duplicated at the exit of one cell and the entry to the next, or the unblocked intervals between blocked cells are not being represented by a null -1 in the grid indices. Until the source of this bad data is fixed, this patch allows a workaround for resqpy based applications to read the blocked wells.

RMS is a trademark of Roxar, part of AspenTech.

4.12.1

This patch fixes a bug and generally improves the handling of imports of closed polylines from the simple ascii IRAP format.

4.12.0

This change adds a class method to Surface which allows creation of down-sampled version of an existing Surface. A random subset of points from the source (fine) surface are selected and re-triangulated to yield the new surface.
