Resqpy

This release includes new functionality for setting up blocked well properties based on wellbore frame properties. This is intended for handling of perforated interval (well connection to reservoir) data needed for flow simulation.

This change adds methods to Surface and TriMesh for intersecting with an axis aligned planar surface:

- Surface.axial_edge_crossings()
- TriMesh.axial_edge_crossings()

The release also includes:

- Functions in olio.triangulation for identifying 'rim' edges in triangulated sets
- Low level setting of xml Title text to 'untitled' when it would otherwise be blank, for improved compatibility with fesapi

This patch adds an originator argument to the initialisation methods of the organize classes.

This patch adds a method to the Surface class for interpolating z values at a given array of xy locations:

- sample_z_at_xy_points()

This change removes resqpy compatibility with python version 3.11 after issues were discovered with regard to numba and llvmlite. When those issues are resolved, another resqpy release will reintroduce support for python 3.11. Sorry for the yo-yoing.

This patch fixes a buglet whereby a grid connection set was ending up without a citation title, when created from a Grid face set.
