Instaloader

- Fix some video download edge cases (763, 773, 776)
- Fix support for (outdated) Python version 3.5 prior to 3.5.4 (765, 777)
- Fix FileExistsError (Windows only) when replacing an already-downloaded picture (769, 775)

This is a **pre-release**. Install with

pip3 install --pre [--upgrade] instaloader

- Remove commit-mode, instead store downloaded data in a temporary file which is renamed when downloading has finished. (257, 697)
