The main new feature of this release is autopacking for BNP generation. This means that, when making a mod, you can use a folder named, for example, `TitleBG.pack/` rather than creating a `TitleBG.pack` SARC yourself, and the BNP creation process will automatically pack it up for you.

Also fixes an issue with moving mods from BCML's temp directory to the mod install directory on network drives.
