Wal-steam

This update adds an option to patch with High DPI support and makes the update option delete the skin too.

* Added -d option for high dpi support
* -u now removes the skin too

Fixes a bug that caused the play button to not display because of the way the skin was being patched.

Just a tiny fix from the previous version fixing another path problem on some windows machines.

This version fixes a unix specific path that may have been causing problems on some windows machines. Also a few other code style and bug fixes.

This is a huge release that adds a bunch of planned features and overhauls the code base to be much cleaner and maintainable. From here on out a separate configuration file can be updated to provide more themeing functionality.

* Command line option for custom steam skin path
* Command line option to force update cache and config
* Better command line option parsing

This release adds detection for if you're skins folder is ~/.steam/skins instead of the more standard ~/.steam/steam/skins. This should resolve the problems with installing on distros where that location is default.

Install instructions are on the readme page and it's suggested you clone the repo, but if you'd rather use a certain versioned release or need an older copy just download and extract the tar ball.
