The sandbox has been completely re-worked in order to avoid using Docker for containing ConductR itself. Network aliases are leveraged to start JVM processes and have them bind accordingly. This permits a cluster of ConductR cores and agents to reside on the OS without requiring Docker.
Note that the old sandbox approach is retained for 1.1, while the new sandbox applies to 2.0 only.
