It is the first sx release, which does packages some basic features. It does not do a lot yet, but this release packages:
* Application creation (via `sx create <application-name>`) which creates default folders and the application.toml file;
* Application build (via `sx boot build`) which compiles the configured protocol buffers and create environment files
* Application start (via `sx boot start`) which invoke each package configured commands
