Stups-fullstop

- remove newlines from meta info in console table

- allow filtering by "meta info" (`-m` option)
- fix `--since` option (Fullstop REST API changed, see https://github.com/zalando-stups/fullstop/commit/59c385dcbe4fd859437d0df6fe1430378f60b44c)

- hide resolved violations
- allow configuring AWS accounts

- renamed "violations" command to "list-violations"
- first attempt to allow resolving violations
