Redo release for PyPi

Some bug fixes for Python 2 and additional tests

- Mostly documentation updates to complete more functions and check if formatting is correct on PyPI
- Also added new HMMER module

- New functions added for SWISS-MODEL homology model retreival
- Documentation updates to link README.rst to all sources

- SeqProp behavior now is subclassed from Biopython's SeqRecord
- Skeleton outline for Complex class and Membrane methods
- Major documentation updates and bug fixes
