This 0.28.1 release adds "metadata" in the Test object.

This 0.28 release tweaks submit-tuxsuite command into also
submitting unfinished builds or tests so that they can be
watched by SQUAD.

This 0.27.1 release fixes tuxsuite support for accepting
a single tuxtest result.

This 0.27 release adds support for sending watchjob requests
to SQUAD. Part of the watchjob is to enable support of TuxSuite
as squad backend.
