replacements, meaning that names like ``project``
or ``copyright`` may be referenced in the format
strings. This feature is particularly useful when
coupled with the `jaraco.packaging
<https://pypi.org/project/jaraco.packaging>`_.sphinx
plugin, which supplies a ``package_url``.
