Add the capability to update scripts and also improves unit test coverage.

OpsRamp 5.4.0 introduced the use of RBAC roles in several new places. Add new classes to manipulate these new objects and pave the way for updates in related areas like integrations.

Discovery profiles are the easiest way to add a cloud integration. Experiments show that creating a discovery profile for an Azure subscription will also automatically create an integration for that subscription and this seems to be the newer method of doing that.

0.0.6

After gaining experience in using the binding we concluded that the "single instance" leaf classes were
not adding enough value to justify their existence versus the extra complexity in using them. Therefore
we refactored the class hierarchy to remove them and added functionality at the collection level to perform
operations on individual objects by specifying their uuid.

Also added a set of "samples" as learning aids for people starting out in the use of this binding.

0.0.5

Allow setting of the authentication type on Integrations. The create_instance() call for
CUSTOM is tested and working for both OAUTH2 and BASIC. I have written helper
functions for the Azure integration types as well but have not tested that yet.

0.0.4

Start to expose the "integrations" section of the OpsRamp API through this binding.
I have not tackled configuration of authentication for new integrations yet, but that will
need to follow soon after this release because a new integration is of limited use if you
can't retrieve its authentication keys.
