This Major release adds new mutation callers and dynamically scaled resource footprints to ProTECT.
- MuSE was added in 32 and Somatic Sniper was added in 72.
- As of 71 ProTECT now dynamically requests resources to run jobs based on the input files for the job. This feature allowed us to start CI testing on Jenkins allowing for more robust releases.
