Update to the code to deal with a problem introduced when adding the code to plot only the error-bar directions that are included in the data.

Two issues corrected in this version: 1) Updated the plot list titles to display the label of the imported data rather than the generic plot1, plot2 ... that was being shown before 2) Updated the code so that if x- or y- error bar information is not present the plots will not have the error bars in that orientation.
