0.1.13

Simulate systems from ODEs or SDEs, analyze timeseries.

N.B. this is pre-release. Stuff will break!

In this version parallel computation now scales properly, with multiple simulations and distributed time series arrays split into one chunk per remote engine.

0.1.12

Simulate systems from ODEs or SDEs, analyze timeseries.

N.B. this is pre-release. Stuff will break!

This version allows specifying which integration algorithm to use when creating a Simulation.
Now uses sdeint>=0.2.0 which corrects an error in the integration algorithm used by nsim 0.1.11.
Note in the current version parallel computation scales poorly if number of simulations >> number of CPUs.

0.1.11

Simulate systems from ODEs or SDEs, analyze timeseries.

N.B. this is pre-release. Stuff will break!

Now supports scalar and vector Ito and Stratonovich SDEs (possibly with multiple driving noise processes) and can use a more recent order 1.0 strong stochastic Runge-Kutta algorithm (Rößler2010) for simulating the SDEs.
Note in the current version parallel computation scales poorly if number of simulations >> number of CPUs.

0.1.10

Simulate systems from ODEs or SDEs, analyze timeseries.

N.B. this is pre-release. Stuff will break!

0.1.9

Simulate systems from ODEs or SDEs, analyze timeseries.

N.B. this is pre-release. Stuff will break!

0.1.8

Simulate systems from ODEs or SDEs, analyze timeseries.

N.B. this is pre-release. Stuff will break!
