Bug fixes based on user reports - esp. win32.

Numerous improvements to the tree classes. And other bug fixes.

display_value method added to the textbox class. This should make it
easier to customize.

Numberous improvements and fixes. The NPSTree class now no longer
relies on any recursive functions.

The notify_* functions have all recieved some polish and now accept a
wide=True param.

forms now have a method .DISPLAY() that will do a full clear/redraw of the
screen that is certain(?) to get rid of any unexpected corruption caused by
any other processes that have been writing to the terminal.

Numerous bug-fixes and small improvements.
