Makenote

in this release ability to merge two database files is added to _makenote_. which means that now you can add your notes on several devices and at the end of the day, synchronize them together.

**whats new:**
- add ability to merge databases
- better help message
- new version also uploaded to pypi: `pip install makenote` --> installs version `1.1`
- compatibility is still kept with version 1.0

Makenote tool is version 1.0 now! yay!

new features:
- first stable release. it is promised that all version 1.x releases in the future will be compatible with this.
- install using pip: `pip install makenote`
- databases are stored in `~/.local/share/makenote/` now.
- minor improvements.

you can install makenote using pip now:
