Removes the ``extend`` parameter from ``lsqfit.nonlinear_fit``. That parameter is no longer necessary: the associated functionality (non-Gaussian priors) is now implemented automatically. This is a much simpler implementation, and much easier to use. Also simplifies a lot of the internal code.
