Summary

This pre-release introduces support for [OpenStack Newton](https://www.openstack.org/software/newton/).

- When multiple listeners are associated with a single pool, there is a potential for that pool to contain stale information (thus, it appears that the pool is not yet associated with one of the listeners). Issue 611 has more information about the driver-side fix, including a workaround.

Release v9.6.0 should be installed in OpenStack **Mitaka** deployments, and is compatible with version 9.6 of the F5 LBaaSv2 agent.
