Django-rest-knox

- Hashing of tokens on the server introduced.
- Updating to this version will clean the AuthToken table. In real terms, this
means all users will be forced to log in again.

- `LoginView` changed to respect `DEFAULT_AUTHENTICATION_CLASSES`
