Digiarch

This release adds identification and checksum generation as options when inspecting files.
Identification is done via [siegfried](https://github.com/richardlehane/siegfried) which needs to be installed.
Checksums can now be generated, and duplication checking is supported.
The JSON file structure has been updated to include various metadata.

It's much nicer! :)

This release adds metadata to our `pyproject.toml` so we can have nice links on PyPI.

First Release!
This is the first release of Digital Archive - the functionality is currently limited to a reporting option, which shows information on the distribution of file extensions in the relevant directory.
