Bug fixes to ciftify_subject_fmri
Python 2 is no longer supported. (removed from setup.py)

MSMSulc is now the default realignment behaviour. Follows the current docs.

Note: The reporting (statclust and atlas report) functions are still broken. Still testing across environments.
