Careful-rm

- Can now be installed by antigen or oh-my-zsh
- Recycle bin works with restore functionality on both MacOS and Linux
- Python 2.6 now supported

The result is that this should now work on any Mac or Linux system, with no additional python packages required.

Following some testing, this will be rolled out as version 1.0 in a few weeks.

This is the initial beta for the full version. `rm` handling is still the same, but now a rich trash/recycle system is implemented also.
