This version of BECCA has an intermediate number, 0.4.6.1, rather than moving to 0.4.7 or 0.5, because it is broken. Goal pursuit and effective action selection are not working. Feature creation and world modeling is working great though. Because this version of BECCA is so well represented in video abstracts, I felt it would be wise to tag it.
