First formal release. Use it and enjoy.

V0.1-beta includes strong encryption and generic HTTP proxy support, and also supports using third-party proxies to enhance survival rate under IP blocking measures.

A known issue is that the proxy may not work well with some HTTPS websites of Google, and greatfire.org... It is to be solved in the stable release.

It's an effective proxy, supporting the "reverse TCP" feature of ArkC protocol, but with no encryption or authentication now.
