This release fixes two silly bugs in the last one. The pattern that is
unintentionally developing is that every other release is an immediate
hotfix! :-/

- Movement keys (arrows and page up/down) are no longer counted as
interrupting sequences of mouse clicks.
- guessLeafNode properly treats \*T* and \*ICH* as non-leafs
- addConLeafAfter is now added
- The urtext window is a little smarter
- leafAfter inserts (VB *) by default now
