Broke out task parser into action-specific files, minor bug fixes and improve task parsing. Changed return from single string with all data and error dumps to array of overall task status, detailed task messages, and error dump. Export parser now automatically downloads and returns file.

Create upload factory to handle string handling logic, update authentication classes to return AuthToken object instead of auth token and expiry separately, and create generator for TaskFactory to handle logic of determining with type of task factory to return.

Breakout of tenant-level tasks (user, model, and workspace details) into dedicated classes and remove from core anaplan.py functionality.
