0.2.0

This release addresses two large issues facing the package, testability and PyJKS reliance. To address testability, we've stopped direct usage of the requests library and implemented a RequestHandler class. This makes creating unit tests easier by creating a layer between the package and network I/O that can be mocked. In this release, we've forked and modified PyJKS and package with the anaplan-api library. This was done to give greater control and resolve the broken dependencies affecting the original package.
