Adafruit-circuitpython-hts221

This corrects the name of the humidity property to `relative_humidity`

To use in CircuitPython, simply install the [Adafruit CircuitPython bundle](https://circuitpython.org/libraries).

To use in CPython, `pip3 install adafruit-circuitpython-hts221`.
