Adafruit-circuitpython-gps

To use in CircuitPython, simply install the [Adafruit CircuitPython bundle](https://github.com/adafruit/Adafruit_CircuitPython_Bundle).

To use in CPython, `pip3 install adafruit-circuitpython-gps`.

Added example for using GPS as a RTC.

This library now works with 'pyserial', includes some example code and CPython compatibility changes. Also added an optional debug flag.
