Adafruit-circuitpython-dht

To use in CircuitPython, simply install the [Adafruit CircuitPython bundle](https://github.com/adafruit/Adafruit_CircuitPython_Bundle).

To use in CPython, `pip install adafruit-circuitpython-dht`.

- Fixes potential error on first read after device boot up.
- Adds "bitbang" for non-pulseio systems (e.g. Raspberry Pi)
