- Added an alternative calculation method (by using angles to calculate the second derivative) (need to add "alternativeCurvatureCalculation": 1 in the configuration file for this)
- Remove the automatic removal of the last tail point in the default curvature calculation
- Added option to switch wells when choosing the tip of the tail and the center of the head coordinates in the freely swimming fish configuration file creation pipeline.
- Added the "removeLargeInstantaneousDistanceData" hyperparameter option that transforms to nans all coordinates for which previous coordinates were too far away
- Added the "Angular Velocity (deg/s)" kinematic parameter
