Fixed req grabbing in setup

Updates to volcano plot
- Made an RNA-flavored volcano plot that requires a DESeq2 table as input
- Use plotly express to make interactive volcano plots
Other
- Added plotly_express as a dependency

Updates to prep for conda build
- Removed pip installs from setup
- Removed GEOparse for conda compatibility
- Auto-installs dependencies for R scripts

Still lacks many tests but an intermediate version for compatability with XPRESSpipe
