This release adds the following:

* Better terminal support by falling back to safer grid format for table outputs (19)
* Option for generating ini-style ansible inventories (20)

Enhancements include:

Adds the ability to use simulations that were launched by other means 11

Adds the ability to start/stop indvidual nodes 12

Improvements to Ansible inventory generation 16

We've added python 3 compatibility and a few other usuablity enhancements.
