Add quiet flag

Rewrite of project, add tests, add setup.py, rename project.

Make setproctitle an optional dependency.
Use dashes instead of spaces in process title.

Set process title on start. This means you should now get a prompt asking for the name of this utility to access the keyring instead of python.
