Fixes for pypi versioning and PIL import

Small change to __init__ to import PIL

Fixed an issue where gifs had a 'duration' of 0 and weren't loading.

Add Image class that borrows from PIL. This switches the file extension to support both GIF and other file types. An optional "scale" parameter allows images to be scaled.

Fixed a small typo.
