Splauncher

- For conda channel, simply use the username not the URL.
- Switch from `binstar` to `conda-server`.
- Add build status notifications from Wercker to Kato.
- Add Wercker badges for builds.
- Remove the `.eggs` directory when running `python setup.py clean`.
- Remove the `splauncher.egg-info` directory when running `python setup.py develop --uninstall`.

- Now use Wercker for Continuous Integration, as well.
- Fixed Travis CI build so that it uses Conda for installing everything.
- Updated all URLs from binstar.org to anaconda.org.
