This patch improves the BlockedWell dataframe() method's use of properties. In particular when some properties are for a specific time index and others are static, the method will now attempt to find the appropriate property.

This patch fixes a bug in the surface.TriMesh.tji_tc_for_xy_array() method and other methods that call it, when the tri mesh origin is non zero.
