4.13.2

This patch modified the Surface.set_from_point_set() method to exclude any not-a-number (NaN) points before calling the triangulation function. Previously the presence of a NaN raised an assertion error.

4.13.1

This patch makes visible the explicit control of flange radius as a new argument to the grid surface multi processing wrapper.

4.13.0

The old saucer option for surface flange extension uses a complex computation designed to follow local rim curvature in the original surface when extending. This change adds a much simpler option, activated when the saucer parameter is outside the range 0.0 to 1.0 (but between -90.0 and 90.0). In this case the parameter is interpreted as a flange angle (in degrees, off the average plane of the surface). A positive angle causes the extension to be shifted in the direction of the plane normal vector in the -ve z hemisphere. A negative angle results in a shift along the normal vector in the +ve z hemisphere.

4.12.8

This patch makes similar changes to those of v4.12.7 but for ensuring xml references to local property kinds are correctly updated during consolidation in ensemble gathering.

4.12.7

This patch fixes a bug which was causing categorical property xml reference nodes to a string lookup table not to be updated during consolidation in the derived_model.gather_ensemble() function.

4.12.6

This patch makes two small changes:

- A not-a-number being used as the z origin value in a TriMesh is now automatically changed to zero

- The olio.vector_utilities.points_in_triangles_njit() function now sets numba parallel explicitly false, in an attempt to suppress the returning of spurious additional NaN 'hits'
