2.0.0

Added
- `reactjo extend` now interactively asks the user to name the rc_home and output_home.
- `reactjo extend` dynamically edits the extension README.md and helpers/extension_constants.py to reflect rc_home and output_home.
- Complete redesign of path_manager for extensions, moving away from the huge list of predetermined paths, and toward a more flexible and lightweight shortcut system.

BREAKING CHANGES
- The rc_home field is now mandatory for extensions. They should list it in their README.md, although it is up to the user to copy and paste it correctly into their config.json.
- Reactjo core now asks users to name the project, instead of letting extensions handle it.
- Reactjo core now creates the initial project directory, instead of lettings extensions handle it.
