* Fix deprecated call to afl.start() in README.
* Make afl.start() emit DeprecationWarning.
* Enable persistent mode only if PYTHON_AFL_PERSISTENT is set.
Let py-afl-fuzz set this variable.
* Don't install the exception hook, unless enabled with PYTHON_AFL_SIGNAL.
Let py-afl-fuzz set this variable to SIGUSR1.
