Added fix on mat file writing/reading

* Added pytfa.io.base.write_to_matlab to export a model, compatible with [matTFA](https://github.com/EPFL-LCSB/matTFA)
* Better tests
* Cleanup code and comments

Fixed setup.py for pypi release
