Changelog
- started using [python prompt toolkit](https://python-prompt-toolkit.readthedocs.io) for print and input
- added some color and cleaned some of the output
- removed output parsing for wget, since it was only working for English speaking users
- fixed bug were wget would leave a bunch of logfiles everywhere
- fixed exit error
