0.9.0b1

This release adds two new functions:

- `pymodalib.contourf()` allows easy plotting of data, such as wavelet transforms, in PyMODA style.
- `pymodalib.colormap()` loads the PyMODA colormap, which can be passed to `matplotlib` functions.

0.8.1b1

This release fixes an issue with the Morlet wavelet in the wavelet transform.

0.8.0b1

Changes in this release:
- Significant improvements to the reliability and performance of the wavelet transform.
- New function, `generate_times()`, allows you to easily create the array of time values associated with a signal.

0.7.0b1

Environment variables for the MATLAB Runtime are now automatically set on Linux and macOS, if the Runtime is installed to the default location.

0.6.1b1

This release fixes an issue where some values in the `wopt` dictionary, which can be returned by the wavelet transform, were not converted from Matlab array types to Numpy arrays.

0.6.0b1

Changes in this release:

- Added the ridge extraction algorithm: see `pymodalib.ridge_extraction`, `pymodalib.ecurve` and `pymodalib.rectfr`.
- Improved the use of surrogates in the group coherence algorithm; for each subject, the surrogates used will be only the coherences associated with that subject, rather than coherences of the group as a whole.
- Fixed an issue with group coherence where the `*args` and `**kwargs` were not passed to the wavelet transform.
