Updated code launching pdbtools to support PHIL (required for current releases of CCP4 and PHENIX).
While using PHENIX, executable baverage is not required - new function run_bmean_iotbx().

- Complete cross-validation executed from GUI does work now.
- Choice of the executable for ccp4-python in GUI
- Behaviour of checkboxes about ADP in GUI
