- Moved evaluated notebooks to living under `/doc` with no suffix.
- Removed `--clean-force` argument to `build`. Cleaning by default now - use `--clean-dry-run` to run a dry run of clean instead of actually deleting.

- Added `--clean-force` argument to `build` to support cleaning evalutated notebooks before uploading website to server. `build` runs a dry run of clean by default to preview what will be deleted.
