Fix ThreadPoolexecutor exception import for python <=3.6

Broken Spawners treatment. Whenever a spawner is broken, we will shutdown the whole framework.

Added psutil as a requirement, since it loky uses it and prevents memory leak

Fixes to TimerEntrypoint that wasn't working and TargetFunction with injection was causing an error with rpc dependency.

Now thread/process spawners can also run a coroutine function by calling it inside their own event-loop.

Reply Queue is now deleted when the service is shutdown. This will prevent us from having a bunch of reply queues opened with no use.
