Lewis

Version 1.1 moves network communication into separate threads and implements some core changes regarding separation of device and communication interface. Version 1.0.3 adds improvements to the EPICS adapter, the control server and client and the ability to switch setups at runtime. See the [full release notes](http://lewis.readthedocs.io/en/v1.0.3/release_notes/release_1_0_3.html) for details.

The purpose of this release was to rename the package and create pypi packages.

This is the first release of Plankton, a platform for simulation of hardware devices. For features of this release, please consult the Readme file.
