Refactored cli and added embedded mode.

the module now logs to syslog if it finds the [graylog2 syslog4j implementation](https://github.com/Graylog2/syslog4j-graylog2)

If no syslog was detected, the logging will leak into the standard out while in interactive mode.

This module has basic functionality o manage a JBoss/Wildfly server from Jython.
